In order to maximize your time and ours we've developed this survey to develop a snapshot of your needs, values, and priorities. All consultants face a common dilemma: Implementation of recommendations is typically around 20%. This is a direct result of a failure to create foundation level agreement of priorities, perceived needs, and agreement on the team's direction.
Below you will find some general questions about your company. On the next page, we'll walk though some of our core competencies. Not all of them will interest you. When you check the ones that do, we will be able to drill down to your most important concerns at our meeting together
