About the research

The West of England Centre for Inclusive Living (WECIL) is an organisation run by and for Disabled people. WECIL are developing a new way for people to make their own support plans, using the internet.
A Support Plan is a way for people to show how they will use their social care funding (or personal budget) to live independently.

The aims of the project include:
• Increased choice and control over how people plan and arrange their support
• A new way to discover and share creative ideas about using funding to live independently
• To create an internet-based tool that saves time and money

If you, or a someone you represent, have received social care funding we would be very interested in knowing your views.
By completing this survey, you will help us get a better understanding of the support planning process.

To do this survey you must be over 18 and have received social care funding, or be the parent, carer or representative of someone receiving social care funding. There are 16 questions in the survey, plus a short equalities monitoring form. Both should take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete in total.
