Cancellations received in writing by September 1, 2010 are fully refundable.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER THAT DATE.
Substitutions are allowed according to the guidelines in the confirmation packet. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel reservations.
