Private Fleet Benchmarking Study

This survey was developed in consultation with senior fleet managers in order to ensure that the topics most relevant to their operations will be covered, including: fuel purchasing practices, evolving technology, driver wages and benefits, and safety programs.

Responses are completely confidential.

We only need one survey completed per firm. If your firm operates in more than one location, the survey should be completed by someone at the head office. The information that you provide should take into account all fleet operations across the country.

Your survey response should be completed by or coordinated through your fleet manager. We ask that individuals within a given operation collectively determine the most appropriate person to complete this survey.

This survey will take about 25 minutes to complete. You may wish to stop part way through and restart. You may do this at any time by clicking on “exit this survey” which you will find at the top left hand corner of each page. When you click on the link again in the email invitation, you will return to the spot in the survey where you left off.
