This survey is designed on behalf of the Virgin Islands Department of Labor with the intent of enhancing the credibility of the Summer Youth Work Experience Program (SYWEP). The Virgin Islands Department of Labor wants to ensure that the SYWEP supervisors and working participants are using the program to its full potential. The feedback retrieved from the survey will be strictly confidential. Therefore, we ask that you respond to each question to the best of your ability with total honesty.

5. Have you had any problems with any of the SYWEP partipants?
6. Did you inform the Dept. of Labor (DOL) of the problems?
7. Were the problems corrected?
8. Have you recommended termination for any participant?
9. Did you receive assistance from the DOL when requested?
10. How many SYWEP participants did you supervise?
11. Has the number of partipants changed since the program began?
12. Has there been any changes in the job titles and job description or duties of any participants?
