This survey is about reverse logistics practices. We aim to map return flows, the way returns are handled, and the kind of reverse logistics services that manufacturers and retailers use from third party service providers (3PSPs). Therefore, we kindly ask manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and third party service providers to fill out this questionnaire. The survey is conducted by the Open University of the Netherlands and the Reverse Logistics Association.
By participating in this global survey, you will help us to create an overview of industry practices with regard to reverse logistics. As a reward you will receive a summary of the results, providing a reverse logistics benchmark for your company.
The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes of your time to complete. It is possible to participate anonymously and answers will be treated confidentially. It is very important that many people fill out the questionnaire, because only then can we provide you with a good overview of current reverse logistics practices. The preliminary findings of this survey will be presented at the RLA Conference & Expo in Amsterdam on June 14, 2010 at 14:30 (2:30pm). These findings will be presented by Dianne Hofenk and Dr. Harold Krikke of the Open University of the Netherlands.
