Finding the Flavour of Dorset

This year, to celebrate our love of Dorset and its reputation as the food capital of the UK, the Dorset County Show is looking to create THE FLAVOUR OF DORSET.
The Flavour of Dorset will be the first ever food flavour unique to a British county. It will be a mix of different ingredients which will be blended by a flavour expert in a similar way to seasoning such as piri piri, five spice or garam masala.
We would like to invite all of our Dorset friends to provide suggestions for flavours that truly capture the essence of our beautiful county and would welcome your top three suggestions.
