LEA Volunteer Opportunities 2015-2016 |
Committee involvement is the lifeblood of YOUR professional organization, the LEA. Committee activities can provide you the opportunity to learn leadership skills as well as the satisfaction of helping YOUR professional organization.
Please make a commitment for involvement today for the 2015-2016 School Year. Respond by marking the activities in which you would like to participate.
Note: LEA activities qualify for LPS Professional Growth Points. Five hours time spent in professional education service will entitle the applicant to two points or 0.4 points for every hour. Please be aware that Joint LEA-LPS Committees are generally limited to one representative from each level (i.e. elementary, middle school, and high school. An equal number of LEA and LPS people are assigned to serve on the committee.)
