Welcome to the Chameleon Project! Section 1: Experiencing the work exchange program
The Chameleon Project is a pilot job exchange program in which, as chameleons do, you learn from and adapt to a new environment, gaining experience that you can use to improve your current job as well as any aspect of your life. The job exchange program is an exciting undertaking between a network of companies in a wide range of sectors, which allows workers to switch jobs and gain insight into other work environments and how other professions do their job. Ever wondered how the products you use are made? Do you do office work and want to try out physical work for a few days? Want to experience work in shared open space? Do you want to try something completely new to you?
With a job exchange you have the potential to gain a fresh perspective on other ways of doing things: problem solving, communication, organization, sharing, etc. You could even learn how others view your profession and how your profession can be applied in other settings. This survey will help us gather more information about the types of exchanges that would give useful and meaningful experiences.
Now, let's assume you enroll in a job exchange program. By filling out this section of the survey you will help us understand what kind of experience you would like to have from your exchange. If you are currently not working, consider your previous job.
