RAD Racing Team Background Check

We’re proud to say that the RAD Racing Team is comprised of the most passionate and dedicated racing professionals. We continually recruit and screen racers and industry professionals who we believe will help further the RAD Racing Team mission and positively influence youth. The RAD Racing Team has a responsibility for the well-being of our juvenile participants and has therefore implemented a policy of criminal background checks. This policy is intended to ensure the safety of children involved, and maintain the integrity and reputation of the program. This background check will focus on information such as crimes against children, felonies, and prior drug related arrests, convictions, or investigations.

Your answers to the following list of questions and your signature will allow the RAD Racing Team to conduct a routine Criminal Background Check. This information will remain private and confidential.

I authorize NCPRS and the RAD Racing Team to investigate my background, including ordering a criminal background check, now, and from time to time during my participation in any NCPRS program, in NCPRS' sole discretion, for purposes of evaluating my application. I understand that NCPRS and the RAD Racing Team will utilize an outside firm to assist in checking such information, and I specifically authorize such an investigation. To the best of my knowledge, all information provided below is accurate, true, and correct. I also understand that I may withhold my permission and that in such a case, no investigation will be done, and my application will not be processed further.
