RABrady 2015 Loyalty Survey

This is a survey of individuals of college age and above intended to inform research on the concept of loyalty. Discussions with both leaders and followers, as well as a review of studies on the subject, suggest that attitudes, perceptions and beliefs about loyalty have changed over time. This anonymous survey attempts to garner an understanding of how individuals of varying experiences define loyalty, how important they perceive it to be and how it impacts the various relationships in their lives. If you are self-employed or no longer in an organization, or if you are a student not currently in an organization, your answers should reflect your position if you were still in your former position or (in the case of college students or cadets) if you were employed in an organization. The author appreciates your participation in this survey which, hopefully, will inform a broader effort to understand how loyalty and our views of it may affect our sense of satisfaction with the relationships within which we find ourselves and ultimately our effectiveness in the various roles that make up our lives.
