Please note that the airport's odour study runs until 30 November 2013, as such this portal can be used each time you observe an odour incident during the study period.

Over the next four pages you will be asked to provide details about yourself and where you live as well as information about the odour incident you are reporting. Details gathered through this portal will be analysed by the airport as part of an ongoing investigation, further odour incidents can be reported as they occur.

Please note that the airport is unable to respond to individual incidents reported through this portal - to report an odour incident as a complaint please contact us using the details below.
