The Mentoring Committee is pleased to provide you with this mentoring survey. It will allow the committee to bring professional mentoring to the members of GAASHRM. The resulting program is called Maximum Impact Mentoring and is being structured to allow each participant to define, up front, how much time they are willing to commit to a mentoring relationship. It may be as little as answering a question, as much as establishing an on-going general mentoring relationship and/or anything in between.

We are collecting data that will allow us to combine mentoring with a resource list so members can act as a mentor in areas where they are knowledgeable and benefit as a mentee, getting help from others in areas they are not experienced in.

The survey is designed to be quick and easy -- it should take 3 - 8 minutes to complete.
