How comfortable are you with public speaking? I am terrified of public speaking.

I do not like to speak in public.

How proficient are you with public speaking? I do not need notes and I speak well in front of groups.

I need to use notes but otherwise I am comfortable.

Even with notes I am nervous and uncomfortable.

How important is public speaking to your future? I want to be in a major leadership role, therefore solid speaking skills will benefit me immensely.

I think I will need to be a good speaker from time to time.
