Queens University of Charlotte Residence Life Commuter Student Form

Introduction

Queens University of Charlotte has a strict residency requirement. Full time, matriculated Traditional Undergraduate Students (TUGS) seeking bachelor degrees are required to live in campus housing until they reach senior standing unless they are local residents living with a parent or guardian, or are over the age of 24, or married, or have children living with them.

Students starting at Queens before the fall 2011 semester are only required to live on campus until they reach senior standing. Please complete this form if you qualify and plan to commute to Queens during this academic year.

Students who do not meet the above criteria, or who are found to not be commuting from their permanent address while living with their parents/guardians, or who are otherwise found to be circumventing the residency requirements will be billed for room and board until they are no longer required to live on campus per the residency requirement.
