Public Consultation

At its committee meeting on the 9th of March, the Council approved a consultation notice on a proposed change to public entertainment events licencing. The full text of this notice can be read on the Council's website.

* Exhibitions of art work;
* Readings, story-telling and other oral recitals; and
* Premises where live music is incidental - for example, record shops that host one-off performances to promote record sales

providing these events allow free public access and the venue can hold no more than 200 people.
