1. Port Jervis City Police Department/School District Survey

 
The Port Jervis City School District and the City of Port Jervis Police Department are jointly applying for a Safe Routes to School Grant. The following information is needed for the grant application.

Please answer the questions as completely and accurately as possible. Feel free to include your own opinions. A comment section is included at the end of the survey for suggestions related to pedestrian travel that are not addressed in the survey.

3. What route do you take to school? (Please try and include street names. If you walk on a path or other route not on a street, try to describe it as accurately as possible).
4. What could be done to improve the route you take to make it both faster and safer?
5. What could be done to make other students want to walk or bike to school instead of riding the bus or being driven?
