This survey will help the Social Inclusion Board to understand the views of people with disability, their families and carers.
We are interested in your experience of problems and barriers. We also want to hear your ideas about solutions on how we can increase the opportunities for people with disability to participate in the community and have access to the services they need.
You do not need to read the discussion paper to complete this survey.
EVERYONE is welcome to participate in this survey.
Your feedback will help the Board to make recommendations to the Government of South Australia on ways to improve the lives of South Australians with
disability.
