1. Introduction

Julie’s Bicycle is a non-profit organisation currently working with over 350 organisations to make environmental sustainability intrinsic to the music, theatre and creative industries in the UK and beyond.

Please complete this survey to be listed on the JB Green Database, a searchable online guide to environmentally friendly festivals, venues, products and suppliers in the creative industries. We will respond within 10 working days of survey completion to let you know if your application has been successful.

Please note, you must demonstrate that you're responding to AT LEAST ONE of the following priorities:

1. Commitment to addressing the environmental impacts of your festival in the form of an up to date environmental policy and/or action plan.

2. Measuring the environmental impacts of your festival, and providing evidence of measurement and quantification of environmental impacts undertaken.

We also encourage evidence of:

1. Improvement of these environmental impacts, evidenced by an internal or third party assessment of reductions made, and any certifications or awards received.

2. Communication of your festival's quantified environmental impacts (internal and/or external).

PLEASE NOTE the information you enter in this survey will be used to compile your database profile so please be as specific as possible.

We will not support any activities that deal with those involved in the production, sale or distribution of arms and ammunition, or that endanger human rights as enshrined in the European Convention for Human Rights and we support Fair Trade.

You can complete this survey in multiple sittings, as long as you use the same computer each time.

Julie's Bicycle will not pass any of the information you enter here to third parties.
