your participation in a survey on issues of diversity on campus, in the classroom, and in the USA today. Because your voice is vital to our understanding of racial and ethnic issues on campus, we would be so grateful for your participation.
The survey is completely confidential and no name or ID numbers will be asked. The survey is
to conduct responses as a whole with absolutely no individual results being reported. Individual
responses will not be released to any of your professors or advisors. It is solely your choice in
volunteering to complete the survey.
