* 3. List any supplies that you need. All teams will be given a new game ball and 3 ice packs. Any first time coaches will be given a goalie shirt and mesh ball bag and some pinnies of the same color for scrimmaging at practice. If you need additional supplies please list them here and I will have them for you on Monday night 4/1 at coach meeting.

If you have used goalkeeper jerseys that are too small or large for your current team, bring them to recycle along with balls or other equipment.
