VA DEQ FY 2013 Non-Competitive Grant Performance Report

Recipients of Virginia's Non-Competitive Litter Prevention and Recycling Grant must report annually to DEQ as a condition of their award contract. The annual Performance Report and Accounting Report must be completed by August 1, 2013, to be eligible for funding in fiscal year 2013 - 2014. This online survey can be completed in lieu of mailing the Performance Report to DEQ.

Please note that the Accounting Report requires an original signature by an authorized individual and must be postmarked by August 1, 2013.
