Thank you for for taking the time to share your thoughts and ideas about Our Family Coalition and the needs of you and/or your family with us.
This information in this biannual LGBTQ Family Survey is critical in helping us know who you are
and what you want from us, so that we can plan our programming accordingly.
The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Participants who provide their contact information will be entered into a raffle for one of three Target $50 gift cards.
