The purpose of this survey is to collect important information that will provide a more complete understanding of the symptoms you experience as a person with Parkinson's (PwP), how they may change through the day and how they impact your life.
This deeper understanding of the realities of your symptoms and their impact on you and those around you is often missing from clinical data. With your input, we hope the findings will help give the patient voice to complement the findings in the clinical data.
This survey was set up and is managed by Parkinson's Movement and The Cure Parkinson’s Trust. Results from the research will be presented in aggregated, anonymous form and not identify any individual participants. By completing and submitting the survey you give permission for the survey data to be used in this way. The Cure Parkinson's Trust has developed the survey supported by an educational grant from Lundbeck Ltd, who will make a donation to The Cure Parkinson’s Trust for each completed questionnaire (up to 200 completed responses).
