Partek is pleased to host a seminar in conjunction with the Midwestern Association of Core Directors (MWACD) meeting in Chicago, IL on October 27, 2011.

This overview seminar will showcase the abilities of Partek Genomics Suite to analyze Next Generation Sequencing data and introduce Partek Flow; a brand new software from Partek for web-based analysis and alignment of Next Generation Sequencing data.

Agenda:
• Alignment using Partek Flow
• Use of statistical tests to identify differentially expressed transcripts and alternative spliced genes among sample groups
• Biological interpretation
• Data visualization in genome browser (aligned reads, peak, refseq genes, cytoband, and color coded tracks of transcripts)
