ABOUT THIS SURVEY
Banyule City Council is in the process of planning services for children aged between 0-12 years for the next three years.
It is very important for Council to learn from your experience and views as a parent,grandparent or other family member who cares for young children.
This survey is one of the ways council can find out what matters to you.
Your response to the survey questions will add to our understanding about the experiences and needs of families and will help us to plan for the early years services with in Banyule City Council.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All responses are confidential and no individual will be identifited in reporting the results.

Completed surveys will be accepted until 5pm Friday 30th March 2012
Each person who completes the survey will go into the draw for a chance to win a prize (There are three $50 Coles Myer vouchers to be won)
You can only go into the draw once.
