○ Ratification of websites by a government body by placing a seal / trust mark or equivalent.
○ The good reputation of a website’s owner for either individual or a company will dispel the fears of hacking on the private information when dealing with that site.
○ Issuance of laws or legislation related to E-Commerce.
○ The existence of judicial courts specializing in E-Commerce.
○ Implementation of systems, standards or technical requirements for of E-Commerce sites.
○ Having the awareness in using the Internet making you trust the E-Commerce application.
○ The adoption or significant participation of government entities on E-Commerce projects and initiatives.

○ The allocation of a governmental entity to provide support, assistance and advice to those interested in electronic trading.
○ The allocation of an award for entrepreneurs and traders in E-Commerce.
○ The existence / availability of local E-Market at affordable prices.
