CITY OF FRESNO
2010-2014 CONSOLIDATED PLAN
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT NEEDS SURVEY

The City of Fresno is an entitlement jurisdiction designated to receive federal grants through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The City has received more than $66 million over the last five years to address housing and community development needs of low and moderate income households. A condition of receiving the funds is the preparation of a Consolidated Plan (ConPlan), a five year report detailing the housing and community development needs for low to moderate income persons.

The Consolidated Plan provides direction on how the City will use its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), and Housing for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA).

An important part of the ConPlan is to ask you, a resident, to identify the needs of your community. Please help the City in preparing its Plan by completing the following survey. Survey scale is 1 to 5 with 5 representing the most need.
