IACR QUESTIONNAIRE

Greetings,

The IACR Executive Board would greatly appreciate hearing from you regarding how the Association can improve our communications, interactions, and meaningful support to the cancer registry community worldwide. We have put together some questions that we ask the Membership to respond online. There are only five questions on five screens (pages 2-6), and hopefully it will only take a few minutes of your time to provide us with valuable feedback. Please do use the "COMMENTS Box" to provide more specific information.

We would like your response by 30 June 2010. We aim to use your collective information to ensure better dialogue between the IACR leadership and Members. We will present the results and feedback on the occasion of the Business Meeting at the IACR Annual Meeting in Yokohama, Japan on 14 October 2010.
