Your school has been approved for a SSAC (Strengthening Schools And Congregations) visit. During the visit, a team of consultants will meet with church and school leaders, staff, congregation members, parents, and students to gather information toward school improvement.

Your input is valuable to our team’s assessment. As part of the SSAC process, we ask you to complete this survey ... which may identify some current “issues” (or concerns) that you feel need to be addressed to ensure the school’s current and future success. This information is valuable to our advance preparation … we appreciate your honest feedback.

The SSAC survey consists of three parts, total of 30 statements … rank from strongly agree to strongly disagree. Answer each with your initial reaction to the statement, based on the current status of the school.
