Snapshot update of the F2C Smoking Ban Survey

 

Welcome to the Snapshot update to the Smoking Ban survey carried out by Freedom 2 Choose. You kindly agreed to fill in the last survey in early 2008. We are now looking to get some feedback on how the ban has affected you over the last 2 years.

Freedom 2 Choose is an unfunded volunteer group of licensees and members of the public who feel that the Government has lied to them on the smoking ban issue by not carrying through the promises made in its manifesto.

All questions are optional; please answer as many as possible so we can get an objective accurate picture of how the smoking ban is affecting Hospitality Establishments in England. Thank you for your assistance.

The survey is ONLY open to managers or owners of hospitality trade establishments in England affected by the ban*. Only one response per computer will be allowed. After completing the survey you will not be allowed to re-enter the survey to alter responses.

The survey is intended to be completely anonymous. Please do not enter any personal details into responses. If you would like more information on Freedom 2 Choose please contact us through our website.

* Freedom 2 Choose will do as much as possible to detect hackers who may attempt to skew results e.g. through making multiple responses from different computers. If you are aware of any attempts that have been made to hack this survey, please contact us. Freedom 2 Choose will take appropriate action if such hacking is detected.

All responses will be treated in the strictest of confidence. Any responses you provide to us will be combined with responses given by others and published in aggregate.
