• You must be an NYU F-1 student on post-completion OPT to use this survey.
Do NOT use the survey:
• For changes that will occur in the future.
• If your EAD has expired. Check your EAD card for your OPT expiration date.
• If you already reported the information through this survey.
Report if you have:
• A new OPT employer or volunteer activity
• An additional employer or volunteer activity
• Stopped working
• Changed your status
• Departed the U.S. and ended your OPT
• Personal address updates
Remember, OPT is employment that is directly related to your field of studies and commensurate with your level of studies. Please refer to the OISS website for more information. If you have questions, contact the OISS.
