Welcome to the Afro Flow Yoga® Teacher Training/Learning Intensive program. This program is for people interested in becoming future Afro Flow Yoga® certified teachers or for students on a personal journey to deepen their practice.

  • Learn the language, ingredients and threads specific to Afro Flow Yoga®
  • Learn to integrate vinyasa flow sequencing, alignment, and the elements of nature, specific to Afro Flow Yoga®
  • Integrate the chakras & Afro Flow Yoga® Energy flow through pranayama, meditation and energy clearing
  • Enjoy the full experience of an Afro Flow Yoga® class
