You have recently used the service available to disabled people and people with mobility issues at UK airports.

UK regulations exist to ensure all passengers have fair access to air travel, with airlines and airports legally obliged to assist any passengers with reduced mobility. The CAA is the UK’s enforcement body for these regulations and ensures that airports comply with their legal obligations to provide assistance.

As part of the CAA’s role, we collect performance data on the quality of the assistance given to disabled people and people with mobility issues at UK airports. We would be grateful if you could take the time to complete this short survey to rate the quality of the assistance you were provided with.

You will be asked to rate the service at your UK departure airport and UK arrival airport. If your flight connected to another flight at a UK airport, you can also rate the assistance for this part of your journey.

The survey should only take a few minutes to complete. It is an anonymous survey and you will not be asked to provide any personal information which could be used to identify you.

Thank you.
