2015 Middle States Premier CTA Form

PREMIER COMMUNITY TENNIS ASSOCIATION - INFORMATION

Similar to what we've done with our Premier Facilities, USTA Middle States is incorporating a similar initiative for Premier COMMUNITY TENNIS ASSOCIATIONS (CTA's). A Premier CTA will be selected upon review of its contribution to tennis programming and support to its community.
