1. DES Customer Survey December, 2010
This is the first customer service survey conducted by State DES in quite some time. The results of this survey will establish a base from which we measure our performance. Results will be published in our newsletter. As you consider your responses, please take into account all of our services: grant management, training and exercise, public assistance programs, field services, duty officer program, SECC operations, etc. As always, if you have any questions, please give me a call at 406-841-3911.
