Public Affairs Directorate - Website survey

 
In October 2011, the Public Affairs Directorate updated their website (www.ox.ac.uk/public_affairs). Aimed predominately at communication professionals like yourselves, we’d like to take a few minutes of your time to see, for those of you who have visited the site, if it’s meeting your needs.
1. Does the website provide sufficient information on the range of activities PAD is engaged in?
2. When you seek advice or assistance from PAD about a particular issue, are you able to find what you are looking for easily?
3. When browsing our webpages, are there services we offer that you have not used before, and would consider using in the future?
4. If you want to find the contact details for a particular person (or office) can you find them easily?
5. Which part of the website do you use most often?
6. Is it clear whether our services will cost anything?
7. Is there something from PAD not currently on the site you would like to see added?
8. Do you have any other ideas about how we can improve our website or other comments you'd like to make?
