The 3rd Annual St. Mary of Carmel Casino Night will be held April 24th, 2010 in the Community Center on our school campus. We would love to have you join us and bring your friends and/or business associates to enjoy this exhilarating evening to help the students of St. Mary of Carmel Catholic School.
We are a small inner-city Catholic school which has served the West Dallas Community since 1944. Our current enrollment is 154 and growing! A vast majority of our student body is Hispanic, a large percentage of whose families are considered low income and depend on scholarship monies to subsidize their tuition. In addition, the school is in need of upgrades such as renovations in the classroom and upgrades of the facilities and common areas. While we commonly receive support from friends and benefactors, it has become necessary for us to appeal to the community at large for support.
Enclosed you will find an Underwriting Contract in hopes that you and/or your company will be able to participate in this event by purchasing a table. If this is possible, fill out the Contract and return it to the address listed on the form. Your contribution will be acknowledged in our program and at fundraising parties.
Our faculty and staff are committed to providing a quality Catholic education to the deserving students of St. Mary of Carmel Catholic School.
