Thanks for your interest in Portsmouth Listens' Transportation Study Groups. Sign up below to join other residents in small groups to study transportation best practices in other small cities nationally and internationally. The groups will meet 4-6 nights between now and March with a moderator, and prepare a report for the City Council. After signing up, we will email you a study guide. Please attend a kickoff at 7 p.m. January 22nd at the Portsmouth High School Library when we will form the groups.
