The Phi Kappa Psi National Committee on Mentoring has been asked to design programs to promote mentoring between alumni and undergraduates. The purpose of these programs is to improve undergraduate/alumni interaction, involvement and support. We need your help.

If we are to create effective programs, we need to know more about the students the programs are designed to support and their needs from alumni mentors. We've created this short survey to learn more about student attitudes, needs and concerns, and hope you will participate.

The program is completely anonymous, unless you want to provide identifying information. All we are looking for is an overview of total undergrads. We are not interested in individual members or chapters - only the sum total results.
