1. Draft Goals

 
Please rate the draft Goals below. Each draft Goal should be considered independently. There is no need to make comparisons between Goals.

The draft Goals are an intended outcome expressed in simple terms. They represent general concepts. The draft Goals presented below were developed with several inputs, including the following: 2,700 comments from the Fall 2009 Community Informational Meetings and 202 additional comments from the Fall 2009 "Great City Survey"; existing plans, studies, reports and policies; and the expertise of City Staff, consultants, and topic experts.

All feedback and comments received on the draft Goals will be given to the Working Groups. The Working Groups will be charged with evaluating and refining the Goals and developing Action Steps to accomplish the Goals.
