The project evaluation and learning form is a simple way for you to document what your Public Engagement grant project has done and achieved.

The following questions ask you to reflect on your experience - whether you acheived your aims and how you did this, and to explain any problems you had. We also ask you to summarise what you have learned and how others could learn from your experiences.

This form will be reviewed by The Physiological Society's Outreach Manager. The Society is very keen to share your experiences, give recognition for your work and use them to encourage more Members to engage with public audiences.
