1. About this Questionnaire
Many thanks for taking the time to complete this questionnaire. It should take you about ten minutes.
The questionnaire asks you about the EQUATOR Network website: http://www.equator-network.org
The questionnaire contains a mixture of questions: some require you to select one response, some allow you to select multiple responses, and some are open-ended questions where you can tell us your views in your own words.
This is the first stage of a thorough review of the site. It’s your chance to have your voice heard in how the site develops.
It's also your chance to win £50 of Amazon gift vouchers! Each person who completes the survey will be entered in our Prize Draw to take place in May 2012.
Finally, we are also looking to talk to people in greater detail about the website, so please do let us know if you would be willing to take part in either a telephone interview or hands-on testing of the site.
