3. As we move to a new ground, please let us know how important you think it is to preserve the following aspects of our current club.

4. We want to ensure we communicate in the most effective way with club members of all ages. Please indicate your preferred method of communication by ranking them from 1-7 (1= most preferred method, 7= least preferred method)

5. The club cannot operate without the support of volunteers. Please indicate your willingness to assist with any of the tasks or activities below.

6. Do you have any special skills, services or contacts (such as accountancy, legal, advertising, plumbing, electrical etc) that you could offer to assist and develop the rugby club at the new ground?

7. The Farnham Rugby Club Foundation enables members to give a regular voluntary contribution to the club and has been a huge success in helping to fundraise for the new clubhouse. We have over 150 members so far but would like to continue to raise further funds for the future stability of the club. Please indicate below your willingness to join the Foundation.

8. The ground move has been a costly exercise and the club needs to continue to generate as much advertising and sponsorship revenue as possible. Are you directly or indirectly involved with any business that might like to advertise in the new club or be one of its sponsors?

9. The club is planning to market and sell club merchandise on-line in the future although there will be a small shop in the new clubhouse. To help us provide the best service to club members, please indicate your preferred options(s) below.
