As part of our quality improvement project, this survey is intended to identify ways in which trainees’ ability to give feedback to their supervisors can be improved. Improving this line of feedback has the potential to enhance the quality of the resident teaching and help develop supervisors' teaching skills.

Participation in this survey is completely voluntary, anonymous, and confidential. Only pooled and summarized results from this data will be used.
