HamiltonExplore, Hamilton's career shadowing program, is designed to help sophomores explore career fields. Students are matched with alumni and/or parent volunteers in the career area of their interest and spend at least a half-day shadowing a sponsor.

* Sponsors and students must commit to spending at least 1/2 day together to meet the objectives of the program. However, when possible, many sponsors choose to host a student for a full day. Please indicate the length of time you prefer to host your student:

Students choose their shadowing experience based on your description of your industry and position. Please provide a short but detailed description of your organization and job, as well as a description of what the student will observe and learn as they shadow you so they may make an informed decision.
