Charlotte District Meeting Feb 19-20, 2010

 

Good day and welcome to the Charlotte meeting registration of the Southeast District Meeting!

The Charlotte meeting focus: Education & Instructors

As the mission of the Southeast District is to Develop Strong Chapters, the volunteer staff has lined up an excellent program for you in the Queen City Feb 19-20. You will find multiple sessions on Education and for the Charlotte meeting: an Instructor Development Workshop will be conducted concurrently with the District meeting.

Due to the focus on Education and Instructors, we are holding nothing back. We are bringing multiple guest speakers to Charlotte just for you.

Registration table for the meeting opens at 12:15p Friday afternoon with the first session to kick off at 1:00p.

Saturday, the registration table opens at 7:00a with Chapter Breakfast. Kickoff for the meeting is at 8:00 and the Instructor Development Workshop starts at 8:00 as well. Rest assured - the weekend will be packed with anticipated close by 5:30p Saturday. Check you flights if you have to fly in to Charlotte.

Don't forget to book your room with the Renaissance Charlotte Suites Hotel (800-266-9432). Mention APICS for the meeting rate of $109. Room block until Feb 1. Don't delay!
