Because the entire Workplace Award Nomination must be completed in one sitting, Out & Equal strongly recommends downloading the nomination questions from our web site, www.outandequal.org, and preparing your responses before completing this on line form. Unfortunately the system does not allow users to save an application in progress or make edits once the nomination has been submitted. Please note that all of your answers must be limited to 250 words. Longer responses will reach judges in truncated form. Please read each question carefully before answering. All questions must be answered before we will evaluate your nomination for a 2010 Outie Award.
