Folly Beach Parks and Recreation Activity and Facilities Survey
This Survey will assist in facility and program planning. Please complete one Survey per household that reflects the interests and opinions of all household members. After completing the Survey and providing contact info, you will be eligible for a drawing of a gift certificate from one of the following Folly Beach Restaurants: BLU Restaurant and Bar, The Crab Shack, Lochlears' Beach City Grill, Lost Dog Cafe, Rita's Seaside Grill, Surf Bar, and Taco Boy.
