The NH Bar Association is collaborating with the New Hampshire Judicial Branch(NHJB) to circulate this survey regarding the NH e-Court Project. Responses by lawyers or firms' administrative or IT personnel to the survey will be compiled by the NHJB and used to coordinate the NH e-Court Project interface with widely used case management software systems used by law firms, large and small, in our state.

The intent of the NHJB e-Court system is to develop an end-to-end electronic court case processing system in a digital environment, eliminating paper processes and decreasing case processing time, while increasing information management efficiency, accuracy, and constituent service through leveraged uniform work processes. For further information on the NH e-Court project please go to http://www.courts.state.nh.us/nh-e-court-project/index.htm

We would like to thank you for taking the time to answer the following questions regarding your Case Management System. We may be contacting your vendor or your IT staff with follow up questions and system design meetings as necessary to complete this interface to NH e-Court at a later date. If you need assistance or have any questions please email NHJB e-Court Analyst Susan Pickard at spickard@courts.state.nh.us.
